Abstract (EN)

Graphene is a material in theclass of carbon-based 2D materialsand can show superior properties in terms of mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. This material, which has sp2 bond structure, is the material with the highest strength known today. At thesame time, its specific surface area is higher than other material sandits application are asare quite wide. However, since graphene has limiteduse, researches based on polymer nano composite production are preferred. In this study, graphene oxide (GO) was prepared from graphite flakes by Hummers modified method. %0.5 and %1 of the produced graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) were added to polyester and silicon. The samples showed the properties proven by the compression test. XRD, SEM analyzes were made. Decreases are observed with the increase in additions of graphene oxide.
