Abstract (EN)
BHmax value, which also known as maximum energy multiplier, is one of the most important parameter for a permanant magnet. The bigger BHmax value provides the production of desired magnetic flux density by using small magnet volume. In this study, a new model that can be used in production of nanocomposite Nd-Fe-B, has been developed. In the model development process Br (resiudal flux density), Hc (magnetic coersitive), BHmax, Curie temperature and density of magnet data which obtained by labratory research on different Nd-Fe-B alloys have been used. The Br changes in the magnets which obtained by adding elements such as Co,Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Ta, Nb, Cr, W, Mo, Mn, Ni, Sb, Sn, Ge, Al, Bi to the Nd-Fe-B alloys have been investigated. So that, using of the improved model in production of nano sized magnetic powder composite area has been provided. In adition, the accuracy check of improved model has been realized by artificial neural networks. This study can be used in industry to design of Nd-Fe-B hard magnet also it has potential to use in educational activities.
