Abstract (EN)

Nanomaterials associated with biopesticides are becoming increasingly important in agriculture.In this study, nano-silver (AgNp) particles obtained from lantana plant (Lantana camara L.) and ginger (Zingiberofficinale Roscoe) plants by green synthesis and using two different methods of ethanolextracts of these plants, was determined insecticidalefficacy againstBean weevil [Aconthoscelidesobtectus (Say) (Coleoptera: Bruchidae)].In the experiment, 4 different concentrations were used for plant extracts and aqueous plant extracts with nanosilver (AgNP) particles. In the application of L. camara's ethanol extract using the spraying method, the insecticidal effect was 70.60% at a concentration of 9%, while it was found to be 80.39% at a concentration of 336 ppm of nanosilver added water extract.While the same plant extract was 65.07% at the highest concentration in the seed dipping method against A. obtectus, it was observed that this rate was 72.19% at the highest concentration of the extract with nanosilver.The highest mortality rate of the other test plant Z. officinale used in the study was 87.38% in the spraying method of ethanol extract, while this rate was 96.38% in the nanosilver-added extract. In this study conducted under laboratory conditions, it was found that both of them were effective on the bean seed bug in the application of extract and nano-silver extracts of two different plants by two different methods. At the end of the experiment, it was determined that the toxic effect of zingiber was higher than lantana and the nanoparticles increased the insecticidal activity.
