Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out to determine the antifungal activity of plant extracts and with nano silver particles against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, which are formed as a result of synthesis chasteberry, kaldirik and hops plants naturally in Tokat, Antalya and Ordu provinces. Antifungal activity studies were determined under in vitro (in PDA medium) and in vivo (on cucumber fruit) conditions, different doses of using plant extracts and nano silver solution. As a method, aqueous extracts of chasteberry (flower-leaf), kaldirik (flower-leaf) and hops (flower) parts, prepared with pure water, nano silver solution, and plant extract with nanosilver added 2.5%, 5%, 10%, 20%, and 50% doses, its effectiveness on S. sclerotiorum has been studied. S. sclerotiorum, and 80% thiram were used as controls. As a result of the experiment with nano silver solution, it was observed that it inhibited pathogen growth 100%.In the study conducted with five different plant extracts, it was found that pathogen development was inhibited by more than 50% in the other three plant parts, except for the chaste leaf and flower, and in the study with the nano silver plant extract, hops flower, caldiric leaf and kaldirik flower were used at 50% doses 100% blocking rates have been recorded. In the study conducted on cucumber fruit in vivo, the doses we used were not sufficient to inhibit the growth of the fungi. As a result, it was determined that the extract obtained from the flower stem and leaves of chasteberry, caldiric and hops in the study conducted in vitro conditions had antifungal activity. In addition, as a result of the combination of plant extracts with nano silver, it was determined that its effectiveness increased and it inhibited the development of pathogens up to 100%.
