Abstract (EN)
In this study, silver nanostructures were prepared using chemical reduction method. The formed silver nanoparticles were prepared with diameters of about 20 nm. In addition, numerous techniques have been used to study optical and structural studies such as UV-Vis absorption spectrometry, Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Practical results were observed with the absorption spectrum of the prepared nanoparticles (357 nm), it was determined that there is a relationship between the positions of the optical absorption peak and the size of the silver nanoparticles. Analysis of the TEM results indicates the presence of nanoparticles in the (20 nm) range. Crystal structure of silver nanoparticles was investigated by analysis of XRD results. It has been determined that a cubic unit cell has lattice constants (a=4.0855 Å) and Miller indices are (111), (022), (002) and (113).
