Abstract (EN)
Today metal surfaces to impart various properties to the surface, are commonly subjected to a coating process for reasons such as to protect the base metal. Nonstick coating is one such method. In this study coatings are prepared by the sol gel method and coated to aluminum surfaces (ETİAL-171). Sol gel chemistry has MTMS and TEOS and nano TiO2 and PTFE are added to improve the hydrophobic properties. Chemical structure and experiments are designed to polyurethane foam production molds. Mold separators are used in polyurethane foam production in the current situation. The study aims to eliminate the use of mold release. Optical microscope, contact angle, thickness measurement, XRD, AFM, SEM, cross cut test kit devices were used for tests. Coatings produced with 145° contact angle hydrophobic properties.
