Abstract (EN)
The aim of this study is to determine the narcissistic admiration and rivalry levels of individuals working in businesses, which is a personality disorder in the literature, and to reveal the effect of the current disorder on their organizational identification with businesses involved in organizational activity. In order to achieve this aim, a field research based on a questionnaire was conducted on 274 employees selected according to the simple random sampling method among the employees of private sports enterprises operating in Erzurum. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that narcissistic admiration and competition had a significant and positive effect on organizational identification. It has been determined as a result of the analyzes that the narcissistic admiration dimension has a significant and positive effect on the dimensions of organizational identification, while the narcissistic rivalry dimension has a negative effect on the dimensions of organizational identification. In the first part of the study, together with the introduction part, the subject and problem of the research, the purpose, importance and reason of the research, limitations of the research, research assumptions and term definitions are included. In the continuation of the study, there is the theoretical framework and literature review as the second part, and the method part as the third part. A research model was created in which the dimensions of the dependent and independent variables, as well as the dimensions of the two variables, were separately. Hypotheses about the model, which are significant for the study, have been developed. The study is supported by survey applications that are planned to be conducted online in accordance with the validity and reliability factor. The most important factor that distinguishes this study from other studies in the current literature is that one of the most important problems in the management backbones of enterprises, employees' organizational identification problems, and the two main variables of the study have not been studied together in any study before. Also universally used and in Turkey is an important work in terms of hosting that are tailored to the reliable and valid scale operation.
