Abstract (EN)

In his term he was accepted as an İslamic moralists Nazif Sürûrî, was born in 1861 in Antalya. Having a well-established family tradition Sürûrî, he studied science, religion and language with special teachers in Istanbul , therefore he grown up well-equipped, he worked as a civil servant yet he was 18 years old, he had risen to the state board membership. Nazif Sürûrî who known by his close relationship with Sultan II. Abdulhamid, had written many books on literature, law and religious education, he wrote articles in newspapers and magazines of the period. With his book "İslamic Education" that he wrote in a lot of research and effort in 1908 which is subject of our research, he wanted contribute to religious and moral education. In this study, we touched primarily to Nazif Sürûrî's life and works. Then we maked the transcription of the book "Islamic Education" and we simplified it to the modern Turkish which was written with the Ottoman Turkish language.
