So in this section we contextualized the parable study and it consists of three parts: In the first part, we gave information about the biography, literary personality and his arts. We also complied about tezkire authors' opinions about it. In the second section we scrutinized to explain the concept in both dictionaries, and its uses in eloquence resources. We tried to determine its definition meaning, frame, its features, and how they used the first resources in our literature. In the third section analiyzing Necâtî Bey's poetry with the point of parable, we determined 192 parable samples. Thus, we tried to confirm that Necat Bey was the poet who used telling parable the most in the classical ottoman poetry.
