Necip Fazil according to the literature and the state in the context of the

In his seventy-nine year life span Necip Fazıl Kısakürek who gave important pieces in almost every area, who carried his lectures from Anatolia to Europe, who published journals and newspapers during long years in very hard conditions and who never stepped back, was our important reflective person and savant. Since his life, Necip Fazıl has made feel his difference and effect and this effect still leading nowadays. He got worried with our folk?s problem wrote about the topics which was related to human. He showed the reasons of our financial and moral collapse and the way of returning our old good days. In this study, we tried to determine how he interested in the fine arts, especially in literature and how he dealt with the concept of ideal state. Our study consists of Preface, Entrance, First Part, Second Part, Conclusion, References and Summary. In the first part, the mentality of Necip Fazıl about the concepts of state and literature especially in art, his literary personality, his pieces, his sources of knowledge and his effects was dealt very elaborate way. About the second part, the factors which leaded Necip Fazıl to his state idea, the phases of his state idea and ideal state ?Başyücelik? with its constituent factors was dealt.
