Abstract (EN)
In this master's thesis, the use of material and spiritual elements belonging to the Persian and Hellenic worlds of the Commagene Kingdom was examined. Mountain Nemrut, one of the most important cult centers of the Late Hellenistic Period, was kept at the center of our study. Research has been carried out to determine the origins of the elements belonging to both worlds found on Mount Nemrut. Apart from the Persian and Hellenistic elements, the effect of the local culture, which has been going on for many years, on I.Antiochus has been tried to be determined. Within the scrope of the thesis, at the end of all the researches made through the sources, the cultural richness of the Anatolian geography, how it affected the throught of I.Antiochus unlike the other societies around her was conveyed with general and original thoughts. Keywords: Kingdom of Commagene, Persia, Helen, I.Antiochus, Art, Religion
