Abstract (EN)

After completing the thesis study "Investigation of Risk Factors of Nemrut Volcanic Mountains, specifically the Nemrut extinct volcanic mountain of our Bitlis province, the possible risks that the volcanic mountains in Turkey and the world may pose on human settlements and all species living in nature and on the ecosystem, and after completing the reporting with all traceable processes, is to make it an example for other studies that can be developed. It covers many stages that will be able to monitor all volcanic mountains on Earth, which has a global aspect in terms of scope, and will contribute to understanding the formation and shaping of the Earth, as well as its effects on climate, together with other stakeholder scientists. Instead of the haphazard settlement of humanity on Earth, globally satisfactory urban planning that is planned, does not destroy nature and is prepared for possible disaster scenarios should be made. The disasters due to volcanic eruptions that humanity has been exposed to throughout history are reflected in the holy books and all other world classics. Even from this point of view, we come across with concrete examples where the problem has become a global settlement problem. Minimizing all these volcanic risks, and in particular the Risk Factors of Nemrut Volcanic Mountain, is something that modern people can easily do. With this thesis, it is thought that the volcanic eruption will set an example for all the planning to be made before the eruption, during the eruption and after the eruption, in case the Nemrut Volcanic Mountain becomes active again.
