Abstract (EN)
After the 1980s, the Neoliberal Economic implemented Policies Developing Countries, was the cause of the financial crisis in the beginning of the 1990s. The Neoliberal policies based on neoclassical economic theory, was based on the capitalist relations of production targets which represents a new wave of globalization. Through the IMF and World Bank, the so called IMF structural adjustment programs these neoliberal policies, in terms of developing countries in a sense can be defined as the process of capitalization. Thats why, the historical development of capitalism: the emergence and development of capitalism, focusing on the constant cycle it rotates through, understanding the structure of capitalism within a developing capitalism and the self-injected from the outside of the Dynamics of a crisis. In this study; as the financial cirisis, developing countries with emerging crises, mainly in capital accumulation occured with the neoliberal transformation of the conflict that results in continued disclosure that focuses on the capitalist crisis. Neoliberal restructing, starting with the Washington Consensus policies of liberalization and developing countries all over the world in corruption has led to macro-economic imbalances. By studying the macro and micro economic data, a comparison was made with Turkey. Neoliberal policies, capital accumulation will provide continuity of the controversial structure is built on sensitive balances. In this study, the contradictions experienced by Turkey and other developing countries are emphasized. Neoliberal global economic policies that set fort he purpose of the joints liberalization goals creat contradictions in the process of capital accumulation in developing countries. Neoliberal policies have evolved yhe countries into an economic structure that dependent on foreign capital inflows for financial need. This structure model of the accumulation of contradictory prepare the ground for crisis to countries. Exiting from this ground is through economic policy can be determined by the specificity of country. Neoliberal policies associated with capitalism, policies to solve the deterioration of social fabric are taken into consideration. The Marxist Theory of Economics has been a very important source that aided this study and from time to time criticize capitalism.
