Özet (EN)
In this study, MAN-Neoplan Coach?s baggage mechanism is examined in details. The reason of choosing this matter is customer complaints. In this study firstly the synthesis, kinematics, kinetics and the stress analysis of the baggage machanisms which is in use is made. In this analysis, VisualNASTRAN Desktop?s educational version and CATIA workstation which is in the company is used. The end of this analysis, the deformation of the exisitng structure has been obtained and a new structure have been proposed for solving this problem. In this aspect thanks to this alternative solution that will be applied to the vehicle the customer complaints will be abolished and the quality degree of the vehicle will be increased. When the thesis study is examined it catches eye that the analysis of the problem is important while studying an engineering problem. Not only in the stage of design but also for the problems that may appear in later stages it is very important to make engineering analysis and the analiytical examinations of the products for reducing the fault proportion.
