Abstract (EN)

The fight against poverty in Africa goes up towards the beginnings of the Eighties and Nineties with the development of several development programs and fight against the poverty which according to the Africans should leave their continent poverty and the underdevelopment. Taking into account the failures of all these programs, the African leaders were brought to work out another program at the beginning of the years 2000 called NEPAD. Thus, we posed the question of whether NEPAD succeeds he reduce poverty in Sub-Saharan Africa. This has even led us to establish the balance of NEPAD for the period 2002-2012. We have demonstrated in this work that Poverty cannot be regarded not only as a lack of sufficient income, but it is also a lack of everything. We estimate that poverty on the African continent perhaps eradicated only if Africans change their mentality and makes rupture with the old practices which, for years plunged Sub- Sahara African in the chaos and the poverty.
