Özet (EN)
In this study, an internet of things (IoT) based system was designed and implemented with Raspberry Pi 3, which has the ability to monitor and control the start/stop status of 110 kW water pumps in four water wells in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone (MOSB). In addition, another Raspberry Pi 3 based IoT system has been added to this IoT system that enables the levels of four 500 tons water tanks to be monitored. In addition to these systems, another Raspberry Pi 3 based IoT system has been added, which makes the necessary warnings to determine the pH level of chemicals that are likely to mix into the rainwater channel of a chemical production factory. A total of nine Raspberry Pi 3s are programmed in these three systems. In order to transmit the data collected with the help of sensors in the fields to Raspberry Pi 3, relay and analog digital conversion (ADC) cards were designed, produced and used in connection with the pins of Raspberry Pi 3. While the relay cards are preferred for the states of the motors in the wells, the ADC cards are designed and included in the system to convert the level and pH sensor information in the tanks into digital. The data of these systems were collected in the InfluxDB database. The data of these three systems were visualized by designing a common interface screen with the open source Grafana program, which allows designing a user interface that can work with this database. The status of four water engines, the levels of four water tanks and the pH status of a factory are placed on this Grafana screen. All sensor data can be accessed retrospectively by using the buttons on this screen. As a result, an IoT system that displays, controls, monitors, stores all historical data, gives warnings and sends alarms, is based on Raspberry Pi 3, which shows the pH level of four wells, four water tanks and a chemical factory that may mix into the rain channel in the MOSB
