Abstract (EN)
This thesis deals with the Hellenistic and Roman periods pottery revealed from the rescue excavations conducted during the 2009-2010 seasons at Camihöyük in Nevşehir province. According to the datas obtained by this study, types and features of the vessels dated to Hellenistic and Roman periods could have been confirmed.In another hand, interregional trade activities were determined thanks to the rare import ware examples.Typological study of the pottery which is mainly local production and comparison with similar vessels from other sites showed that Camihöyük and its vicinity has connection with North Syria, Southern Anatolia and Black Sea Region.Key Words:1.Pottery2.Galatian Pottery3.Hellenistic and Roman Periods Pottery4.Eastern Sigillata A Pottery5.Pontic Sigillata Pottery
