Abstract (EN)
In this study, in Nevşehir city, Ekoflora, Mog, Bio-One, Ferbanat L and Bioplasma fertilizers with black plastic, textile and sawdust mulch of organic strawberry production system in Monterey, Albion, Aromas, Camarosa and the Sweet Charlie strawberries kind phenological and morphological characteristics, yield, quality, plant nutrients, the effect of the intake and antioxidant properties were determined. The study was conducted seasons 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 and strawberry seedlings were planted in the third week of May. According to findings of the study, there was a statistical difference on average values and species in both years, in terms of total sufficiency per plant. Highest values were on Monterey species (700 g/plant), textile mulch (466 g/plant) and Bioplasma fertilizer (469 g/plant) through the first trial year; Albion species (740 g/plant), textile mulch (507 g/plant) and Bioplasma (512 g/plant) through the second trial year. According to findings, Monterey and Albion species were considered more advantaged comparing to other species in terms of fruit weight, fruit width, water soluble solid matter, fruit rigidity, Bioplasma and Bio-one fertilizers, fruit weight and fruit width and Mog fertilizer was considered to be more advantaged compared to others in terms of fruit rigidity. Camarosa species have performed better results in terms of ascorbic acid, plant height, plant width, root length and number of leaves and total phenolic content and antioxidant capacity. In the application of textile mulch of mulch applications, high values of fruit width, ascorbic acid, plant height, plant width, number of leaves and root length were obtained. Sawdust mulch was considered to be superior to other applications in terms of fruit rigidity, total fenolic matter, sensory analysis parameters.
