Life of Nevzat Ustun, his literary personality and works

In our study, we?ve analyzed Nevzat Ustun, one of our Social- Realist writers, and his poems in terms of structure and theme. In the first of our three-part thesis, we?ve shown Nevzat Ustun?s life, literal perception and his point of view about poetry. In the second part of our study, by analyzing the poetry in terms of theme, we glance at poet?s poetry world and categorize the topics in the poetry under 12 captions. In the third part by undertaking the poems form characteristics, we investigate the poems under the headings of verse unit, verse form, meter and ryhme. The forth part is the part in which we make a study of language and style. In this part we try to express the subject in general with the help of the tables.In his poetry, Nevzat Ustun tells the abundance of life and the person he cares by integrating form and theme. Free verse poetry reflects poet?s point of view to life and free life philosophy. He tries to apprehend rhythm and harmony in his poems with the help of repetitions.Key Words1. Nevzat Ustun2.
