The NFC technology implementation on public transportation in smart cities

The purpose of thesis is to prepare interactive structure with projects using NFC Technology and make the life of people using public transportation easy. Easiness that digital commerce presents can be seen by fare, time and payment information with NFC Ticket Application."NFC handset" used as POS device communicates read / write mode of NFC with public transportation ticket. NFC handset tops credit up to puclic transportaion ticket by communicating contactless in this mode. Furthermore, it informs final balance and the last transition information in ticket to the user. NFC Smart Poster is an application that presents interactive advertisement poster to custormers. This application can be used with alternative language options by downloading information (bus stop information, the neareas social events, campaingns, coupons, favourite music, etc.) read from NFC Tag located on Smart Posters to customer's NFC handset. These NFC projects generate communicates bridges between customers and business organization and upgrade Smart Cities's worth in public transportation
