Abstract (EN)
In this study, the powders of Ni and Ti with 50.5 at.% Ni for 12 h firstly were blended and coldly compressed in the different pressure (50, 75 and100 MPa). Then, the porous product was obtain after Ni-Ti compacts were synthesized by SHS (self-propagating high-temperature synthesis) in the different preheating temperature (200, 250 and 300oC) and heating rate (30, 60 and 90oC/min). The effects of the pressure, preheating temperature and heating rate were investigated on the porosity, microstructure, mechanical properties and biocompability in vivo. The porosity in the synthesized products was in the range of 50.7?59.7 vol. %. The compressive stress is in the range of 29.17?120.89 MPa. The pressure, preheating temperature and heating rate were made an important effect on the pore morphology and microstructure. NiTi was present as the dominant phase in the porous product with other secondary intermetallic compounds. The pressure, preheating temperature and heating rate were found to have an important effect on the pore morphology, microstructure, mechanical properties and biocompability in-vivo of the synthesized products.
