Abstract (EN)
Keys words: Engine performance, Nitromethane, Alternative fuels, Internal combustion engines, Combustion.In the world energy sources are limited. This faet leads researchers to find alternative energy sources. In particular, since current vehicles are worked with fuels produced from oil and it is predicted that reserves are consumed soon, studies on energy sources are accelerated. On the other hand, many researchers proposed that alchol can be used as motor fuel.In this work, we investigated fuels and its alternatives and later mixtures of gasoline and nitromethane are experimented with full-load tests. Engines compared with every mixture, and results are presented in tables and diagrams.
