Abstract (EN)
In this study, nocodazole active compound was loaded to lipid nanoparticles and characterization of SLN formulations was performed. In the first stage of this study, determination of amount studies was using HPLC and release of the drug was investigated of SLN formulations and nocodazole. Particle size and zeta potantial were measured and particle size supported with TEM.In the second stage, orientation of nocodazole located in the SLN was investigated by spectroscopic methods. After, stability studies of SLN?s were investigated by LC-MS. DSC analysis was performed to examine stability of SLN formulations. As a result, we came up with a conclusion, by means of characterization studies on nocodazole loaded SLN that prepared to SLN formulations can be used as a appropriate carrier sistem. Keywords: Nocodazole, SLN, TEM, Spectroscopic methods (FT-IR, Raman and NMR Spectroscopy).
