Teachers, special education In our time will the rapaid technological developments, the importance of sport has improved and became an important dicipline whichcan teach education aims to people. Because physical education and sport is a science which supports the physical, mental, emotional, social devvolopments of individuals. The need of qualified, productive, tnastworthy sport teachers has appeared to do this action. Until the 18 th century retaeted children were loft to die. But after the 18 th cent disaduataged were started being taught instead of leaving them to their the fate. Jean Marc Gespard Itard had started the first attempt to heal them. In our Country the first attemps abaut special education started in time of otoman at Enderun Colleges. Head of Disabled people adminatation have been doing workings abaut the disadvantaged. Expert teachers are mised in this field at üniversites. These teachers work in the schools founded for the disadvantaged people by national education. Physical education teacher must be an expert in his working field. Teaching and leormng must be known well and marage them. Also every thacher must have experience abaut student helding sustems. He must develop himself both his personal and vocational in the best way while he is teaching he can allure the students and must make them think abaut the world and themselvest. Intelligance is an ağabeylity organizing the human attitudes. Since retarded children lach of this ability they have difficulty in controlling them selves. Mental obstructions musn't be confused with mental disorders. Retarded people are people who just leain slowly and whose leormng capacity is Iimited.Sport; is asystem which supports the muscle and nerve system. For people who have difficulty in adapting the environment sport not only becomes a physical working but also helps people to adapt the environment. Job satisfying survey was applied on the teachers who work at normal and disabled students schools in Bursa, Istanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya in Marmara Region. What abaut they are pleased or not are searched. Job satisfying survey was delivered to 100 teachers who work at normal students schools. According to result of the survey disabled students teachers are less satisfied than the normal students because of the education thay had. Reason of this dissatisfaction is the courses abaut disabled students are inadequate. Ill
