Abstract (EN)

With globalization the world has become smaller as different from time and space. Hereby uncertainty and change in the daily life have increased too. Additionally the conditions of competition have become more difficult and businesses are started to get into difficulties with respect to meeting the demands. The concept of uncertainty has become important with the fuzzy logic proposed by Zadeh in the 20th century. Fuzzy logic that takes uncertainty into the account, has been applied in various fields and being developed in different structures. Neutrosophic fuzzy sets are one of these structures. Neutrosophic fuzzy sets provide opportunity related to considering the uncertainty with independent components of truth, indeterminacy and falsity. In this thesis a neutrosophic fuzzy sets based multi-objective production planning model is proposed. This proposed model is implemented for an enterprise that produces sub-industry product of white goods and operates in Eskişehir Organized Industrial Zone. Objective functions of the proposed production model are uncertain. Model is being solved via LINGO 19.0 package software in the context of intuitionistic fuzzy sets and three different approaches (Model I, Model II, Model III) of neutrosophic fuzzy sets. Results of the neutrosophic and intuitionistic fuzzy multi-objective optimization models are compared. Neutrosophic fuzzy multi-objective optimization model gives better result.
