Abstract (EN)
Energy has an important place which not only shapes domestic and national policy, but also improves national industry and economy. In case, it is quite important the energy is produced from what kind of sources. Nuclear energy is an important alternative in terms of most countries which has little fossil fuel sources. In this article, macro economic determinants of nuclear energy have been examined. Having examined on this essay, variables have been identified similar essays placed in literature by scanning meticulously. Between 2000 and 2015, civil labor, total emission of carbon dioxide, prices of crude oil, Energy density, consumption of fossil fuel (% of total), consumption of renewable energy (% of total final of energy consumption) and variables of gross domestic product including fixed prices per person has been used as macroeconomic setters of nuclear energy in the analysis which OECD countries has been taken as sampling.Five countries with insufficient data to conduct balanced panel analysis were abstracted without work. İn order to make balanced panel data analysis, it was decided that test F and Breusch Pagan corrected lagrange multiplier cannot be used by testing (LM). Moreover, at the next stage of analysis, in order to search Random model or Fixed model would be more effective Hausman test was done and the model was decide to be done with estimator of estimated random effects. According to the result of analysis; The variables Emek and Pet. were statistically insignificant at the 5% significance level. 〖Co〗_2, EnerY., Fosil, Yenib., and GSYİH 1 % is significant at the level of statistical significance is observed. Statistically significant variables 〖Co〗_2 ve EnerY. are positively related to Nük variable. Fosil, Yenib. and GSYİH variables are negatively correlated with the Nük variable.
