Abstract (EN)

The problems of environment that threat alive being life and naturalbalance, are standing in front of us as one of the most important problems ofthe world. During extreme consuming of natural resources, nature reach thestate that she cannot rebuild herself and being destroyed, the ecologicalbalance is broken down.Energy recourses have vital importance in all of the countriesagendas as political and strategic stability element, since these are therapidly consumed limited resources that the earth contains. On the otherhand, environmental results of energy usage are important for all over theworld. Especially developed countries have a tendency to quit nuclearenergy whose negative effects to nature and human health have a place inthe world?s agenda. The basic reasons of this tendency are the nuclearreactor accidents, which have occurred, in recent years, unsolved wasteproblems and not being economical.Especially developed countries, which also have high technology,have a tendency to the politics that are going away from nuclear energy. Thistendency is mentality of sustainable energy that still has well and cleancharacteristics. This mentality is effective and productive usage of energy,and towards to clean, dependable, inexhaustible and renewable resources inenergy saving and production.
