Abstract (EN)
Nowadays, cranes not only used in industrial fields but also they used in nuclear plants. The transportation of the heavy loads, where these exceed human power to lift, are done by high tonned cranes. Bridge cranes are suitable types of cranes because of nuclear santrals closed working places. In order to prevent damage of the cranes during lifting loads can cause natural disasters, strength calculations of the cranes are being investigated carefully and are validating with the results that are being obtained with high attention from finite element analysis. Cranes are designed in accordance with operating conditions. The datas such as lifting height, lifting speed, moving speed, crane capacity and environmental risks like earthquakes, storms and tsunamis must be previously known or considered. In this study, the main beam of the bridge crane has been discribed detailedly and the technical specification of the bridge crane has been given. It has been given information and calculation technique in short about genetating energy from nuclear stations and it has been described and calculation technique of earthquakes which is important for safety of nuclear santrals bridge cranes. The strenght of the parts of the crane has been calculated according to FEM and DIN norms. Afterwards, bridge crane parts has been generated by using INVENTOR/CAD programme for analysis purposes. Finite element method of crane parts of the crane has been analized by using ABAQUS/CAE programme. Also seismic effects of the crane has been analized by using SAP2000 software. Finally, stress and displacement values have been comparing results of the analitical calculation with the results that were obtained by finite element method.
