Abstract (EN)
After the completion of the human genome project in 2003, the impact of genetic diversity among humans on human health was better understood. Precision medicine, also called 4P (Predictive, Preventive, Personalized, Participatory) medicine, is used in determining personal health risks, preventing, diagnosing and treating chronic diseases and aims to identify phenotypic, genotypic and environmental factors that affect individual health. Nutrition is one of the important elements in preventing, treating or supporting diseases. The importance of personalized nutrition, where a personalized approach is used in the understanding of sensitive health systems, is now increasing. We aim to investigate the effects of hereditary genetic variants on the intake and metabolism of nutraceuticals and to emphasize the effect of patients' nutrigenetic-based epigenetic supplement preferences. Although the importance of nutrigenetic-based nutrition in people's nutrition is understood. Translating nutrigenetics and nutrigenomics research into multidisciplinary clinical practice is the most challenging. It is now clear that data on phenotype and genotype need to be integrated. The use of nutrition, lifestyle and supplements appropriate to the phenotype and genetics of individuals will increase clinical success. The point here is that if we want to take an epigenomic approach, we need to extract nutrigenetics, microbiota, and personalized risk analyzes from test results. As we delve deeper into the field of nutrigenomics, we realize that understanding an individual's genetic makeup is vital to optimizing the potential benefits of dietary choices and supplements while minimizing potential risks. It is becoming increasingly clear that it is important. Keywords: Personalized nutrition, Nutrigenetic, Nutrigenomics, Epigenetic, Nutrigenomics , Microbiota , Public Health
