Abstract (EN)

Obesity; learn from wasted energy occurs if not more. In this study, obesity and nutrition aspects of Health Belief Model in line 5 in sub-clause (health's importance, seriousness, sensitivity, barrier and benefit perceptions) examined aimed a diet containing instead of proper nutrition and behavioral changes. The dietary treatment of patients OSIMO advantage in both maintaining weight loss is trying to gain permanent habits Zonguldak Bulent Ecevit University Research and Application Center admitted Diet Clinic of 135 adult patients were included in our study obesity. %85,9 of patients were female, %14,1 were male. BMI ≥ 30 patients were considered to be obese, and were included in the study. Participating in our study when applying the treatment, diet and general nutrition counseling patients to 64, according to SIM 71 diet treatment was applied. Interviews with patients after one month BMI, body weight, waist circumference, exercise and nutritional value scores, such as a change in the number of meals habits were investigated. This change of the individuals involved in the two groups were compared. Body weight (kg), BMI and waist circumference (cm) values more frequently in the group receiving nutritional counseling being provided by OSIMO reduction was achieved in both groups decreased. Nutrition counseling has increased at a rate nearly doubled. In both groups, the observed increase in nutrition scores, yet the OSIMO in accordance nutrition nutritional counseling group had scores of more rate increases. Diet made to obese patients OSIMO to benefit from the diet increases the success of treatment. Change of patients being able to lose weight as well as eating habits in a positive direction to be able to provide an important motivation.
