Abstract (EN)

The widespread use of electric vehicles has great importance in terms of sustainable energy policies. This situation makes the effective management of electric vehicle charging infrastructure necessary. In this study, the Open Charge Point Protocol (OCPP), which enables interoperability among charging stations of different brands and models, has been adopted as the basis. The aim of the thesis is to develop a cross-platform mobile application that supports both Android and iOS, designed for the management of charging stations communicating via OCPP. The developed application allows users to start and stop charging sessions, make payments, monitor charging status, and view the location of charging stations. In addition, it provides advanced features such as making reservations, accessing past charging records, and receiving instant notifications to improve user experience. For operators, the system offers functions such as maintenance and fault management, monitoring of energy consumption, and evaluation of user statistics. As a method, cross-platform development technologies and integration techniques compatible with the OCPP protocol were applied. Both user experience and cost efficiency were prioritized, and security measures such as encryption and secure connection methods were implemented to ensure data protection. In conclusion, the developed mobile application constitutes an innovative and functional solution that facilitates user access to charging services, enhances operational efficiency for service providers, and supports the sustainable development of electric vehicle charging infrastructures.
