Abstract (EN)

In the country where individuals continue to live for a quality life; economic, political, social and social conditions must be suitable for the life of the individual. Unemployment rate is low, GNP (Gross National Product) and GDP (Gross Domestic Product) rates are high, the inflation rate is low, the total number of people in the country as a social total green area, the longer the life expectancy, the ratio of literate the fact that it is too high and the crime rate to be low can be an example of the conditions that should be suitable for the individual's life. In this study, by considering 34 of the countries included in the Economic Cooperation and Development Organization (OECD), the viability levels of the countries were evaluated. As a criterion in the study; GDP (Gross Domestic Product), Population, Average Life Time, Human Development Index, Unemployment Rate, Tax Rate, Per capita GNP (Gross National Product), Tax Rate, Green Area, Inflation (CPI), Electricity Consumption ( Per capita, fertility rate, urban population and high technology product exports are discussed. In order to evaluate many countries and many criteria together, multi-criteria decision making (CCMV) methods were used. In the weighting of the criteria, in addition to the degree of being a member and not being the member, the interval-valued AHS (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method, which is based on pythagorean fuzzy cluster, was used. In order to determine the viability of countries, fuzzy TOPSIS (Technique for Order) method was used. Keywords: Livability, Multi-Criteria Decision Making, OECD, Pythagorean Fuzzy Sets, AHS, TOPSIS
