Abstract (EN)
This research aims at examining cyber bullying and cyber unjust treatment perceptions of the teacher candidates studying in Afyon Kocatepe University Education Faculty according to their sexxes, social economical levels,internet usage times,their classes and departments that they have been studying and determining their awareness levels. The target populatıon consists of the students being selected from 1.,2.,3. and 4. grades who study in 7 departments in Afyon Kocatepe University Education Faculty in 2015-2016 academic year. 1088 students participated in this research as the sample of the research and 25,4% of them cnsists of men (n=276), 74,6% of them consists of women (n=812) teacher candidates. The Sample is assumed to represent the universe. Survey was made to the subjects and the questions consisting of the scales of " Cyber Bullying" and "Cyber Unjust Treatment" developed by arıcak et al. (2011) were asked to them and a pesonal information from was prepared by a researcher. The guestıons were analysed in SPSS programme,and the questions in the personnel information from were evaluated by calculating the density of the cyber bullying behaviours that the students are exposed and they perform, percentage and frequency, and by tabulating them. In the evaluation, Mann-Whitney U test was made for binary variables and the results were evaluated. As a result of the evaluation, while there is significant difference between sex and cyber bullying of the teacher candidates, there is no significant difference between sex and cyber unjust treatment of the teacher candidates. While there is a significant relationship between the income status of the family and cyber unjust treatment of the teacher candidates, any relationship hasn't been determined between the income status of the family and cyber bullying.It has been determined that there isn't significant difference between the class that the teacher candidates study and cyber bullying and cyber unjust treatment; there is significant difference between internet usage time and the department that they study in terms of cyber bullying and cyber unjust treatment.
