Abstract (EN)

This research has been carried out in order to determine the levels of school principals‟ possessing of transformational leadership qualitiesbased on perceptions of teachers who work at vocational schools and whether there is a difference in these perceptions in terms of teachers‟ demographic features. One of the quantitative research methods general scan model has beenused in this research. There search universe consists of 865 teachers who work in vocational high schools in the province of Isparta in theyears 2020-2021, among which 307 teachers are chosen as sample group via simple random sampling. Brestrich‟s (1999) Transformational Leadership Scale has been used as the data collection tool in this research. SPSS 21 program, t-test and ANOVA analysis have been used for data analysis. It has been found out that vocational school teachers perceive school principals‟ tranformational leadership qualities at a high level as a result of this study. It has been determined that there is not a meaningful difference in teachers‟ perceptions in terms of gender, age, marital status, education level, Professional seniority and the duration of work in the school, and a meaningful relation in terms of the variables the number of students and the number of teachers in their schools.
