Recently, individuals and institutions have focused on impriving the quality of education in order to increse the achievement levels of students. The efforts to improve the quality of education have been directed at adressing students and teachers. This research about students? and teacher?s perspectives to quality education was carried out at ten Anatolian schools in Ankara. 110 students and 100 teachers participated in focus group interviews during which students and teachers were presented with ??What are the characteristics of quality teachers, quality students and quality teaching method?? Students? and teachers? responses were recorded by a recorder and analyzed using the three steps of Grounded Theory. Students? responses and teacher responses were analyzed separately. Then data got from students an teachers was compared. Aim of this research is to discover the similarities and differences between students? and reachers? perspectives to quality education.
