Work values and organizational citizenship behaviour of teachers

In this study, the relationship between work values and organizationalcitizenship behaviour among theachers is examined. The relationship betweenorganizational citizenship behaviour and work values is examined while some otherfactors such as life satisfaction, powerlessness, organizational justice were taken intoaccount. Two models explaining the OCB were drawn. Path analyses were used inorderto explain OCB. Results show that work values related to grouth and helping othershave direct effect on OCB. In addition, self-efficacy, gender and organizational justicealso have direct effect on OCB.
