Normality tests were applied for the scales. As a result of the application, it was determined that the distribution was not normal and the analyzes were continued with non-parametric methods. Mann-Whitney U tests were used for pairwise group comparisons and Kruskal-Wallis tests were used for more than two group comparisons. Spearman Rho correlation analysis test was used to determine the relationship between teachers' emotional labor and their organizational identification. As a result of the research; It was determined that the teachers had the highest level of emotional labor for the deep acting and natural feelings sub-dimension, followed by the emotional labor for the superficial acting sub-dimension. In the study, it was determined that teachers have a high level of organizational identification, and there are differences in organizational identification levels according to the school level, professional seniority, educational status and working time at school, apart from gender. According to the Spearman Rho coefficients of the correlation analysis carried out to determine the relationship between emotional labor and organizational identification, when the deep acting sub-dimension and the organizational identification scale and its sub-dimensions are examined; a positive and weak level significant relationship was found. When the natural feelings sub-dimension and the organizational identification scale and its sub-dimensions are examined; negative and weak level significant relationship was found.
