Examining the relationships between the interpersonal relationship styles and their loneliness of the early-term incompatible schemas of teachers

In this study, the random method of the Gaziantep province Şehitkamil and Şahinbey in 15 primary schools, which are already in the task of the early term incompatible schemas of the interpersonal relationship between the styles and their loneliness relations. The working group of the study consisted of 427 class theachers who served in elementary schools determined in 2018-2019 academic period. 234 people of the participants, in Şehitkamil, 191 people in the district of Şahinbey are class teachers. To access the personal information of the participants ''Personal Information Form'', to determine early-term incompatible schemas, ''Young Schema Scale - Short Form 3 (YŞÖ-KF3)'' to measure the level of loneliness, ''UCLA Loneliness Scale'', to measure interpersonal relationship styles ''Interpersonal Style Scale'' is used. ''Chi Test'', ''Multiple Regression Analysis'' and ''Pearson Correlation Coefficient'' are utilized in the analysis of data. As a result of analysis, a positive correlation was found between early-term incompatible schemas and interpersonal relationship styles. When the relationship between early-term incompatible schemas and loneliness levels was examined, there was a significant positive correlation. In the relationship between interpersonal relationship styles and loneliness levels of loneliness, a positive correlation was found. As the severity of the incompatible schemas of the class teachers increases, interpersonal relationship styles and levels of loneliness are also increasing, as the resulting findings are increased. As a result of the findings of the study, education and activities in which school psychological counselors can be carried out in cooperation with school administration, teachers, students, parents and the school environment are healthy childhood and as a result of its harmonious relationship styles, it is important to decrease the level of loneliness.
