Abstract (EN)
Businesses in the global competitive environment management strategies in order to sustain their presence and structures must make it suitable for the conditions. Restructuring, quality excellence and customer satisfaction are important elements to provide a competitive advantage. But the strategy develops and applications to adopt the Organization and work of the Ilala perform, adapt themselves to perform the identification and purpose, it is necessary for success. To do this they need and interests of desire, Ileana will cover planning, it is important to be performed by the organisations. This study has been conducted to determine the level of primary school teachers' organizational commitment and the perception of school culture, to study teachers' organizational commitment and their level of perception on collective efficacyin terms of teachers' demographic characteristics besides the effects of collective efficacyon the level of teachers'sorganizationalcommitment.
