Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study is to reveal the relationship between management skills and perception management of the principals working in the primary schools of Ankara province Mamak. The scope of this study consists of 574 teachers working during 2017-2018 academic year. "Perception Management of the Principals Scale" and "Perception Management of the Principals Scale" were used as a data collection tool in this survey which was prepared related to Correlational Survey Model. The results of the analysis of the information provided by the survey method were resolved in the SPSS programme. In this search "The scale of the management skills of manager" and " The scale of conception managent of a manager" were applied as a data gathering tool. The datas provided were resolved on the "SPSS" programme. As the distribution of data is not a normal distribution Kuruskal Wallis, Man Whitney-u and correlation analysis were performed. At the end of the research, it was determined that the teachers stated "I always agree" to the management skills and perception management of the managers. There was a high level of positive and meaningful relationship between the teachers' views about the scales. There were also significant differences in some teachers' opinions in terms of personal variables Key words: Education Management, Perception Management, Education Management Skills
