Method: The sampling of this study, designed using the with a relational model, consisted of 373 teachers working in schools in Afyonkarahisar's Çay district in 2022- 2023. The data were collected using the 'Demographic Information Form', which includes the personal characteristics of the participants, the 'Classroom Management Scale Teacher Form', developed by Yüksel (2013) and the 'Problem Solving Skill Scale for Adults', created by Yaman and Dede (2008). Descriptive statistics, independent samples t test, one-way ANOVA test and Pearson correlation analysis were used in the data analysis of this research. Results: As a result of the analysis, it was revealed that the teachers' classroom management skills were frequently (x̄= 4.14) and their problem solving skill levels were frequently (x̄= 4.07). When teachers' general classroom management skills were evaluated in terms of demographic characteristics, no significant difference was seen except marital status. It was revealed that teachers' problem solving skills did not show any significant difference in terms of demographic characteristics. A moderately positive and significant relationship (r= .686; p< .01) was determined between classroom management and problem solving skills. Conclusion and Suggestions: In this study, it was seen that married teachers had higher classroom management skills than single teachers. A moderate positive significant relationship was determined between classroom management and problem solving skills. In future studies, studies can be designed to examine the reasons why married teachers have higher classroom management skills, such as the role of being a mother or father and gender perception. 4 Keywords: Classroom Management, Problem Solving, Teacher
