Bertrand partner d-curves in Euclid 3-space and Minkowski 3-space

This thesis consists of three chapters.In the first chapter, basic definitions and elementary theorems are given in Euclidean 3-space and in Minkowski 3-space .The second and third chapters are original parts of this thesis.In the second chapter, firstly the definition of the Bertrand partner D-curves is given in the Euclidean 3-space . Furthermore, the theorems and the conditions which characterize the Bertrand partner D-curves lying fully on the oriented surface and in Euclidean space are introduced.In the third chapter, firstly the definition of the Bertrand partner D-curves is given in the Minkowski 3-space . Furthermore, the theorems and the conditions which characterize the Bertrand partner D-curves lying fully on the oriented surface and in Minkowski space are introduced.
