Abstract (EN)

In clinical situations where multiunit abutments are used, it is the examination of the accuracy of the models obtained with the impression taken before the abutments are placed, and the models obtained with the conventional and digital impression taken after the abutments are placed and the angulation of the implants are corrected. In our study, impression procedures will be applied after three implants are placed in the edentulous main model. The impression will be taken digitally by conventional methods using polyvinylsiloxane with an open tray before and after the multiunit abutments are placed. In the impression, the mean of the 0° 17° 30° angle variables was found in the group that did not use the multiunit abutment (K1), the conventionally impression multiunit abutment group (K2), and the digitally impression and multiunit abutment group (D). statistically significant differences were found (Respectively (p=0.003, p=0.028 ve p=0.002)).According to the multiple comparison test (post-hoc test; Tukey), the mean values of the angle variables in the K1 group were found to be significantly higher than the values in the K2 and D groups (p<0.05). Considering these findings, it can be concluded that impression technique, use of abutment and angulation of implants can be defined as effective variables.With the scope of the data obtained, it is thought that this study will be a guide for the impression item and method to be used in the clinic in case of multiunit abutment requirement.
