The impact of organizational and social environment at the detention of the school employees

This study was carried out to determine the effect of detention of organizational and social environment on official secondary school teachers? and administrators? of Anatolian High Schools within İstanbul City borders within Kadıköy and Üsküdar Districts. The samples of this study had been collected from 400 datas during the 2012-2013 academic year from teachers and administrators of 9 Schools from Kadıköy District and 9 schools from Üsküdar District within the borders of İstanbul City. To collect the data for the study, the researcher created a questionnaire under the heading of ?The impact of Organizational and Social Environment at the detention of the school employees?. The scale of administrators obstacles encountered during the task of managing used in the study, consists of two sub-factors. In order to determine the organizational and social environment influence the detention of school employees, the independent variables in the questionnaire had been determined with the frequencies and change in (%) Percentage. The results obtained from the questionnaires had been tested with such effective variables; the teachers gender, age, marital status, seniority, for how many years are you working in the same school, have you taken in-service training on the subject. According to this difference test results, under subgroups there were some statistically significant differences detected at some demographic variables (p<.05), whereas some of the differences were not statistically significant. Administrators and teachers, the impact of Organizational and Social Environment at the detention of the school employees, to reveal the data and interpret, the T-Test, ANOVA (Analysis of Variance Simplex), Scheffe and Tamhane?s Tests were used. Some results of the analysis revealed significant correlation between the sub-dimensions, whereas in some results there was no significant correlation detected.
