Passing from vice principal to principal and problems having met in this process

Recently, we can say that one of the most important subjects, which are spread through communication tools such as press and media, is Manager Assignment Regulation with Lawsuits filed about this regulation and the judicial decisions that have been as a result of it. This case has attracted the attentions to the regulation and the wishes of the sides. So, suspicion and the question of ?What is going on?? about the subject has been emerged in education community. This new situation emerged with the scientific perspective and scale should be evaluated by the thesis topic and perceptions of the vice principals their own roles, the willingness to become principal and what obstacles they face in this way that aimed to be exposed to qualitative data. In this context, after the scanning of literature that will help to be understood the subject, historical process of regulations which made in various dates, it is analyzed and criticized in the aspects of being vice principal and its upper level being principal. The interviews which made with the vice principals have been analyzed and solved with qualitative research techniques.
