The aim of the study is to determine the opinions of the teachers of the official secondary schools working in Bolu regarding the management style of the school principals, and to examine these views in terms of school type, branch, gender, seniority and educational status, and to develop recommendations based on this. The population of the research, which was conducted with the screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, consisted of 680 teachers working in secondary education institutions in the city center of Bolu in 208-2019 academic year. The scale was distributed to 471 branch teachers working in 19 secondary schools within the scope of the universe and 15 of them were excluded from the study due to incomplete or incorrect filling. Therefore, 456 branch teachers were reached within the scope of the universe. Data were collected using personal information form and "School Principals Management Style Scale". The data of the research were analyzed in SPSS program. Kolmogorov Smirnov test results were used since the number of people in each subcategory of each of the variables was more than 50 in the normal examination process. The analyzes were performed by means of percentage, frequency, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Mann Whitney U and Kruskall Wallis H test. According to the results of the research, the sub-dimensions of the school principals' management style in the secondary dimensions showed that the teachers exhibited the highest average collaborative management style and the lowest average and the opposing management style. While the opinions of the secondary school teachers about the management style of the school principals did not show a significant difference according to the educational status variable, it only showed a significant difference at the total score level according to the seniority year variable.
