Abstract (EN)
In this research, the development of Science Process Skills of preschool children is intended to examine the effects of natural and environmental applications. In the study pretest-posttest control gruop design was used. Group assignment is determşned by neutral way. Working group of the Research consist of 124 children that study in Kocaeli Gölcük P. Primary School Kindergarten in 2012- 2013 academic year. The classes are evaluated in experimental and control groups as equally; D,E,F branch is designated as experimental group; A, B, C branch is designated as the control group. 'Science Process Skills Test' that is developed by Ayvacı (2010) was applied as a pre-test to the resulting groups. After the application, 16 activities was built to the experimental group for one day a week, including one hour between February and June. After the application 'Science Process Skills Test' was administered again to the experimental and control groups.The data collected from the scale applied to the experimental and control groups were analyzed using SPSS. Experimental and control groups in the pre-test and post-test in dependent groups in order to maket he comparison t test was used. Pre- test and post- test for independent groups to find out whether the control of the results and make a difference between the experimental group t tests. T also to find the relationship between nature and development of basic science process skills with the effect of gender on the application of Environmental tests. In the result of research, there is no meaningful difference statically according to pretest, statically as a result of applications made by the experimental group a significant difference was found. It was concluded that nature and environmental practices had an impact in a positive level and this research unaffectes by gender variable about the development of Science Process Skills of pre-school children.
