As a result of the study, it was found that social cohesion and incompatibility of children, apart from the allowable attitude sub-dimension of motherhood attitudes, showed a significant difference according to the level of occupation and education; only overprotective maternal attitudes differ according to the number of children; According to the gender of the child, maternal attitudes and social cohesion and incompatibility of children did not differ. It was determined that there was a significant relationship between democratic maternal attitude (r=.724; p<.05) and overprotective maternal attitude (p<.05). It was determined that there was a significant relationship between the authoritarian maternal attitude (r = -.623; p<.05) and permissive maternal attitudes (r = -.394; p <.05) and social adaptation of children. It was found that there was a significant relationship between democratic motherhood attitude and children's social inconsistency (r = -.173; p<.05). A significant relationship was found between the authoritarian maternal attitude (r = .275; p <.05) and overprotective maternal behavior (r =395; p<.05) and social incompatibility of children. Maternal attitudes were found to be a significant predictor of social cohesion (R² = 545; p<.05) and social incongruity (R² = 240; p<.05) of pre-school children.
