Examining the relationsip between leadership behaviours and personality of the preschool teachers according to various variables (Ankara province sample)

The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between personality and leadership behaviours of preschool teachers through various variables. The exemplification of the reasearch consist of 160 preschool teachers who are working in 126 Kindergartens located in Çankaya, Ankara during 2006-2007 educational year. In this study, Personal Identification Form, Adjective Check List, and Multifactoral Leadership Questionnaire were used as a criterion. The data were analysed using SPSS 12.0 package programme. For the data calculation t-tests, one-way variance analysis (ANOVA) and Pearson momentum correlation coefficient number were used.
