Preschool teachers are exposed to burnout effect of psychological violence.The universe of this research in relational model is generated by teachers who work in Pre-school education institutions in the province of Mardin in the 2012-2013 academic years. This reseach was conducted teachers working in different 396 Pre-school educational institutions. Research data was collected by using the scale of negative behavior(NAQ) (Einarsen and Raknes, 1997 Öcel and Aydin, 2009) and burnout inventory (Maslach've Jackson, 1985; Ergin, 1993). To analyze the data frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, t-test, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis techniques were used. According to research findings it's concluded that When analyzed in terms of individual variables; Depending on the individual variables, type of school where there is a significant difference in other words pre-school teachers working in kindergartens of pre-school institutions are exposed to more psychological violence and consequently they experience more burnout, emotional exhaustion and depersonalization and there is no a significant change in their personal accomplishment. Significant positive relationship was found between levels of burnout and psychological violence exposure and in the multiple regression analysis, psychological violence is determined to be significant predictor of burnout levels that pre-school teachers are exposed. Significant positive correlation was found between Preschool teachers' levels of exposure to psychological violence and emotional exhaustion and depersonalization. Significant positive relationship was not found between Preschool teachers' levels of exposure to psychological violence and personal success.
